Side Car Cocktail recipe
Prologue
Hello, this is Holden! Do you guys know the term'sidecar'? Probably, the 30s are a term that temporarily suspends all trading in the stock market, the 40s are the side brakes next to the driver's seat, and the 50s onwards the memories of the cars in the picture. Those of you who read this will remember it by the name of the cocktail, right? let's begin!

It's a cocktail named after the car 'Side Car' that made an outstanding performance in the battlefield during World War I. There is a theory that it was made by a French soldier, and that it was devised by a bartender in Paris. If you use gin instead of brandy, it becomes 'White lady', if you use vodka it becomes 'Balalaika', and if you use light rum, it becomes 'X, Y, Z'.

Brandy is a grape distilled drink. It is Curacao, or Orange Liqueur, that highlights the rich aroma of this brandy. Curacao comes with a variety of colored products. The brandy itself has an amber color, so you use the white Curacao cointreau to avoid interference. Many people only eat brandy, but this cocktail is perfect for those who feel overwhelmed. The blend of fresh orange and lemon scented brandy is really good. If you feel overwhelmed with the product, try buying oranges and lemons directly into cheap brandy on the market. Nothing is better than the real fruity flavor!
6. Tips
■ You can also use Triple Sec instead of Cointro. Both are orange liqueurs, right?
■ In the past, it was in the form of 1/3 each, but recently, there is a tendency to reduce the combination of cointreau or lemon juice and make the taste of brandy more rich. Adding 1 slice of orange in the shaker will enhance the scent.
